Well, every product was made with good sides and alcohol has its good sides also but do drinking too much of alcohol still brings good? Advertisement says “Drink Moderately” yet men drink ghastly. Men have a high tolerance of alcohol over women. It’s obvious that men can still drink glasses of liquor even when they are already unconscious about their doings.
Men’s tolerance on drinking alcohol is comparably different from women. Women’s capacity on a regular basis consume two or more drinks a day but men down three or more drinks which results to higher risk of liver damage, mouth cancer, and liver cancer, and also could rise the risk of having high blood pressure and depression.
Misused of painkillers and sedatives
A piece of a capsule is a cure but a bunch of it is a poison already. Men are strong, firm, and resistant but in times of sickness men can’t bare pain in a long period of time. Men have a straight-forward mind thinking that if one piece of capsule can cure then a bunch of capsule can rid its pain.
Misused of painkillers and sedatives and any other drug has been a common practices to men nowadays especially that different drugs are already been sold in pharmaceutical. It is dangerous because when they are not properly taken and when it becomes habitual use already, it may lead to more serious problem than it solves.
Smoking has been habitual practices to most men even before the presence of tobacco industries. Smoking had become the pleasure principle to most men. But according to studies, smoking may direct smokers from any chances of heart disease deaths, and cancers such as lung cancer which is more prominent effect of smoking, mouth cancer, throat cancer, and bladder cancer. Smoking also may arise any chances of heart attacks, high blood pressures, and strokes.
Spending too much time watching TV
Most men loves sports so it is expected that men spend too much time watching basketball, volleyball, and any other games in TV. But sadly, the more time we render watching television the less physical activity we are getting that may cause gaining weight. Also, too much watching to TV also means too much exposure to radiation that may damage eyesight and kill cells in the body.
Though these practices relieves men’s worries and gave them comfort, it is notable that these practices may risk their health in different aspects. Even men are more likely strong to bare these practices, these can’t even regard the chances of having and accumulating several diseases that may lead to serious health concern.
